The loop

Level. Edit. Rewrite. Again.

Every city is a run. Every run leaves you with something the next one keeps.

  1. Build the squad

    Kills drop Scrap. Spend it on levels, recruit more pilots and open squad slots. Close the tab and the squad keeps the lane at 60% of the live rate for up to eight hours.

  2. Edit the fight

    Spend Ink when it matters: Strike a pack, Undo a wipe, Paste a skill. Bosses come on a clock, so an edit at the right second is the difference.

  3. Rewrite the city

    When the squad hits a wall, rewrite. Stage, Scrap and levels reset; you keep every hero and take Cores that make every future run stronger. Then draft the next city's rules.

Ink

Three edits. An idle game you still play.

Ink refills on its own. Keys 1, 2 and 3 on desktop, big buttons on your phone.

Key 1

Strike

Cross out the lane: every enemy loses 32% of its health, bosses 6%. The edit for a crowded street. Finish a boss with it for an achievement.

Key 2

Undo

Every hero gets back the best health they had in the last fifteen seconds, and nothing can touch the squad for three. It works even after the signal is lost and the whole squad is down.

Key 3

Paste

Every hero casts their skill right now five times as hard, then the squad fights twice as fast for ten seconds. The edit for a boss.

Core Zero patches your carry

Lean on one hero and Core Zero patches it to 60% damage until the next rewrite. Rotate the bench and spread the load.

Synergy

Skill links

Pair skills in the squad to switch links on: stun plus finisher pins, burn plus chain spreads wildfire, repair plus shield overclocks.

Draft

Pick the next city

Every rewrite, Core Zero offers three drafts of rules. Hotter cities are harder and pay +15% Cores per heat point.

Bosses

Maintenance units on a clock

Bosses that enrage, guard, spawn broods or stomp the squad. Miss the clock and you farm the stage before the next try.

Kernel

Permanent upgrades

Spend Cores on Salvage routines, a deeper Ink well, a longer boss clock, veterans who keep their levels, and a fifth squad seat.

It talks back.

The AI that took the city watches how you play and comments on it: your rewrites, your wipes, the hero you lean on, the hours you were gone. Its story unfolds across twenty-five rewrites.

Does it progress while I am away?

Yes. The squad keeps the lane at 60% of the live Scrap rate for up to eight hours, and the Night shift upgrade stretches that further.
